She is deeply committed to maintaining the legacy and spirit of the establishment through the opening of the restaurant "Grok 1970." Chef Titoom aims to blend local wisdom with contemporary Thai cuisine, supporting local ingredients and dishes from her hometown of Ratchaburi.

Grok’s Philosophy
Reducing carbon footprint is our priority so we strongly champion local and ethical products from Ratchaburi by sourcing all ingredients from small artisanal farmers to encourage the local economy, carefully selecting those who practice ethical ways of not only farming but also package in minimal recyclable materials. We offer myriad of plant-based dishes, tasting menus changes every 10 weeks to reflect seasonality. We ferment heavily various food scraps in dragon jars to be utilized in seasonings and oils, and every cocktail on our cocktail program is crafted around using surplus food scraps.

Chef Titoom - Supara Kittiudom is a renowned chef in the Thai culinary scene, especially known for her modern and creative reinterpretations of traditional Thai cuisine. She is recognized for her skillful blending of flavors and her advocacy for using local ingredients and dishes from her hometown in Ratchaburi.

Black Tofu from Photharam
Photharam’s black tofu is known as a local delicacy that visitors must try. Once you taste it, you’ll be captivated by its unique flavor. High-quality tofu is carefully selected and simmered in a richly brewed marinade until the outer skin of the tofu darkens, giving it a deeper color than regular tofu. This delicious dish is a specialty of the region and cannot be found elsewhere.
Soy Sauce in Dragon Jar from Damnoen Saduak

Preserved Radish from Chet Samian
